In today’s fast-paced world, finding balance and clarity is more crucial than ever. As a personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping people unlock their physical potential while addressing the deeper needs of the mind and body. My journey spans 15 years as an amateur and professional fighter, and through this experience, I’ve crafted a training approach that integrates cardio, strength, coordination, and mobility exercises to build both resilience and peak performance.

What sets my approach apart is the emphasis on body control and functional training—essential tools for strengthening muscles, maximizing the kinetic chain, and improving overall movement efficiency. However, true wellness isn’t just about physical strength—it’s about mastering the mind.

Through my own practice, I’ve come to deeply appreciate the transformative power of breathwork and meditation. I’ve had the privilege of learning and teaching breathing techniques that help counter the stress and overwhelm of modern life. My commitment to this work was solidified during an 11-day Vipassana meditation course, where I embraced complete silence to explore the profound connection between body, mind, and breath.

These techniques, when combined with intentional movement, create a holistic training experience that empowers you to not only excel physically but also navigate life with calm, focus, and clarity.
